In general CrossOver Mac is only able to run older versions of Applications. Software developers, data architects and power users whom use Macs have expressed a need to run Microsoft Access. (You will have to installed Windows.) Or to create a virtual machine on your Mac inside of which you also run genuine Windows, or a final possibility is to use CrossOver Mac which is a way of running some Windows applications on a Mac without having Windows itself. Really it sounds for your purposes you need 100% genuine Microsoft Access and the only way to do this is to use either Boot Camp which lets you boot your Mac in to real Windows. These are Universal apps, and Macs with Intel processors should also run them just fine.

Genuine Microsoft Access only exists for Windows. M1 Macs can run native Windows 10, but Apple puts onus on Microsoft.
